Chicago Summer Events Green Sheep Water

Break out the white pants & sunscreen!

It’s almost summertime and we’re excited to announce the outdoor events that we are participating in this year! Since Green Sheep Water is based in Chicago, we love supporting local events. We also like partnering with events and festivals that support the super, duper important cause of sustainability.

Bottled water consumption continues to increase globally, and with that: plastic pollution. Summer events and festivals are a blast, but they also entail hours outside in the sunshine, slowly dehydrating your body... which means an uptick in bottled water consumption. We get it, folks need to stay hydrated while basking in the sun (and consuming a string of beers and sparkling rosé), but adding to the already massive amount of plastic bottles we use just makes us cringe.

Refillable water stations are a great eco-friendly option, but we’ve noticed that attendees often forget to bring their own reusable bottle. Banning bottled water entirely can be dangerous. If only there was a way to offer convenient on-the-go water in a bottle with a highly reduced environmental impact!

Here’s our spiel (surprisingly, that is how it’s spelled!): Green Sheep Water is the best way to stay hydrated during long days at summer festivals. Our bottles get recycled more often than any other, are infinitely recyclable, and as a bonus, get colder faster—perfect for those hot summer months! You can click here to learn more about why Green Sheep Water is a match-made-in-heaven for your next event or festival.
And without further ado, here are some Chicagoland events you should 100% check out this summer!
